Terms and Conditions
- Check-in time is 14.00 hours. (Please contact us on your early arrival to confirm your booking.)
- Check-out time is 12.00 hours.
- Maximum of 2 persons per room.
- Late check out is subject to availability. Can be arranging as follows: - Late check out until 6pm : 50% of the room rate, after 6pm : 100% of the room rate.
- 100% deposit is required for a reservation.
- No refund for confirmed booking with payment.
- In order to modify your reservation, please inform us at least 7 days in advance.
Room Rates
- Room rate is 900 Baht per night (rates during festivals may vary).
- American Breakfast and applicable taxes are included.
- Songkran Water Festival on 8 - 15 Apirl 2011, room rate is 1,500 Baht (THB) per room per night.
- New Year Festival on 30-4 January 2011, room rate is 1,500 Baht (THB) per room per night.
- Loykrathong Festival on 19-21 November 2010,room rate is 1,500 Baht(THB) per room per night.
- Room rate is subject to change without prior notice.
